In stock items will ship within 2-3 business days of receiving payment.
Custom items will be shipped the first business day after their completion. *If you make a purchase that contains both, in stock and custom items, the entire order will be held and shipped upon completion of the custom item unless a separate shipping fee is paid to expedite the in stock item(s) earlier.
All orders $150 and higher will ship for free.
All orders, domestic and international, will ship via FedEx and include a tracking number and delivery confirmation, so they must be signed for. You will be given shipping options during checkout detailing approximate duration until delivery and pricing. **We cannot guarantee the actual date of delivery and are not responsible for delays within FedEx.
You will receive an email to inform you when your item has shipped.
If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, we will refund the cost of all lost or damaged items. We will require photographic proof of the packaging and all damaged items before a refund will be issued for damaged items.
Additional fees, i.e. taxes, import duties, port handling fees, and customs charges may be added to any orders shipping outside the United States. These additional fees will be collected as part of the international handling fee during checkout. There will not be any additional costs billed to you upon delivery.
You are considered the importer of record once you have placed an order for delivery outside the United States, and are responsible for making sure the items you have purchased comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Lunch Money Designs is not responsible for import charges placed on your purchases, nor will we misrepresent what we are shipping to you.
